Traveling often for business can leave a person weary from constantly being on the go. With one business meeting after another taking place in cities that are away from your home city, you may feel the stress and physical exhaustion that is associated with travel creeping up on you. In order to feel better during your traveling schedules, consider making time for a regular fitness schedule. Keeping up with healthy fitness habits, at home and away from home, will stimulate your body and mind and it can also improve your energy levels.

If you are unsure how to go about developing an effective plan to maintain a fitness schedule when you travel, there are some easy steps you can take to find success in this area. For starters, be sure to check out your hotel options before you plan your trip. On a recent trip to Maui I was able to book a hotel that offered a great gym that I could workout in the morning at by searching through a travel site. This site gave me a list of Maui hotels that I could skim through and see which ones offered gyms that were up to par and also within my budget. Working out in the morning, running on the beach, and swimming in the beautiful ocean was a great way to continue my fitness at the beach.

And so it begins again....

March 1st marks the kickoff of our latest 90 Days to a new you “90 Day Challenge” and with just over a dozen people committed to making the next 90 days about improving their health, wellness and fitness, it’s hard not to get excited. People from all levels and backgrounds are participating and best of all, encouraging one another each day.



Every single challenger (client at Team Fitness) has now clearly defined their personal goals and by doing so has also identified the negative habits which have prevented them from reaching specific health and fitness goals in the past. Physical metrics such as body fat percentage, total body fat and lean muscle mass testing was completed on day 1, along with a full body analysis and measurements to be used as a starting point for everyone as we search for our next winner in just 12 weeks' time! Our paths might be different, but our end goals are all the same! And for the next 3 months as we all head in to the same direction, keeping each other accountable and motivated , focused and alert (offering a helping hand whenever we stumble) as long as we all follow the Team Fitness S.M.A.R.T goals, we will all reach our personal goals together by the end of 90 days.

Getting the best out of your performance at Team Fitness!

Team Fitness has now officially teamed up with Skechers “The Performance division” and this week they are going to be visiting our studio to test out a brand new performance running shoe called GO Run 2.


It is lightweight, flexible and fast and they would like to give all of you a chance to come and try out their brand new line for FREE on the 27th and 28th of February during our boot camp classes. All clients that are happy to attend and try out the new performance runners will automatically be put into a prize draw and one lucky client at the end of the session will win a brand new pair of GO RUN 2 runners!



Going forwards their goal is to work along side Team Fitness (and all our awesome clients) with more trial dates as they strive to improve the performance of their runners with ongoing support and feedback from every day people at our Exclusive Personal Training studio.

Happy New Year message from Team Fitness!

With the big date change comes the grand opportunity to update how you do things. That means better working, better health and of course better strides towards achieving your big life time dreams.
