TEEN GROUP FITNESS NOW AT TEAM FITNESS!


Starting in May Team Fitness presents...
Teen Group Fitness classes for 12-17 year olds!

6-8 week sports development courses for only $250

Everyone can benefit from being physically fit. Staying fit can help improve self-esteem and decrease the risk of serious illnesses and injury later in life. In addition, regular physical activity can help teens learn to meet physical and emotional challenges they face every day.
So what can you expect at Team Fitness?
  • Teens will gain the foundation for physical education that was once provided by the education system. This is a unique class designed to give teens a complete, intensive, yet fun cardiovascular and strength training workout.
  • It features both moderately challenging and advanced drills to help teens improve knowledge, endurance, coordination, flexibility, muscular balance, muscular strength, and agility.
  • The goal is to create a safe, fun, and non-competitive environment so that the child can achieve his/her own personal best!
Teen Group Fitness schedule:
Tuesday’s and Thursday at 4pm
  • Week 1- Goal setting power hour- You are never too young to start a healthy lifestyle. Variety is the key to success in this always fun kid's fitness class. Our trainers will help your child have a great time while exercising and learning about a healthy lifestyle. 
  • Week 2- “Kids kick butt” boxing hour- Cardio boxing is for all ages. Children and teens love to move their bodies to this exciting fitness class.
  • Week 3- Strength and Agility training- This is a youth functional movement program with an overall emphasis on athleticism utilizing a variety of speed and agility drills and game based activities to improve sports performance and prevent injuries.
  • Week 4- Teen Weight training- This class is designed to emphasizes safe and effective strength training. Build a solid foundation for sports and a lifetime of strength and agility.
  • Week 5- Circuit training- This special class allows young fitness enthusiasts to exercise on circuit equipment that was designed especially with children in mind. Your children will learn proper form and posture while working all major muscle groups.
  • Week 6- “Best of the rest”- Our final week we will test all of their abilities with a combo routine to see how fit and strong they have become over the last 6 weeks.
