We know how tough it can be to lose weight over the summer or how hard it is to get back in to shape when you have to go back to a boring gym by yourself. That’s why it’s our mission at Team Fitness to provide all our female clients with a new fun but challenging workout that empowers women to live a happier and healthier lifestyle all year round!



This summer our Ladies only Boot Camp welcomes women of all ages and levels of fitness and has been created specifically for women by women. Our week by week program is designed to help you lose weight, fat and inches by focusing on a complete body workout using exercise techniques aimed at developing muscle, core strength, balance, agility and flexibility that will challenge you every session.

 From the first time novice to the fitness fanatic every workout is guaranteed to be challenging and fun while you work towards your personal goal.

Whatever your personal goals may be our goal is to get you there in an atmosphere charged with enthusiasm and self-awareness, training has never been so fun! We aim to provide you with everything you need to make the right fitness choices, including a wide variety of strength and cardio workouts, nutritional guidance, and a community where you can feel safe and supported by your instructor and peers.

What Results can you expect?

Results you can expect once you have completed our full 12 week TOTAL BODY boot camp:

  • Up to 20lbs total body weight reduction (when using our meal plan program)
  • Up to 20 inches total body reduction in your thighs, midsection and arms

Our new ladies boot Camp offers two different programs to suit every woman’s healthy lifestyle and fitness needs:

Our basic $500 12 week program consists of:
  • Training program for 3 months
  • Basic Initial health assessment (before and after)
  • 2 Total body workouts per week
  • Referral prizes & incentives

Our full $1100 12 week program consists of:

  • Training program for 3 months
  • Initial health assessment and personal fitness goal review
  •  2-3 Total body workouts per week
  • Nutritional Guidance and 12 week Meal plan program
  • Development of 4 day/wk workout program
  • Referral prizes & incentives
